A unique love story of how Sonali, a transgender, found Anil as an ideal partner and their journey of courage and compassion.
Sonali and Ajay met each other in an alley of Kolkata. After a number of normal greetings, they started to know each other. Its when they began to spend time more often, they both were convinced that they want to spend their lives together.
Interestingly, they both realised how similar they were, they fell in love and got married.
Sonali is a transgender and found Anil as an ideal partner. However, they both faced a lot of contradictions from their family members, but they were assertive on their choice. Against all odds, Sonali and Ajay got married at a mass wedding function held in Chhattisgarh. It was conceived by Raipur-based transgender and social activist Vidya Rajput and her team.
